Summary:
Our client is seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Head of EMEA Sales to lead its distribution and capital raising strategy across EMEA.
Working across a number of different products and client solutions, including structured products, liquid asset management, strategic advisory solutions, and private markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, growing assets under management (AUM) and expanding the firm's distribution footprint across private wealth, family offices, and institutional investors.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth, boutique business where you'll help to shape the commercial strategy, originate new opportunities and work closely with senior leadership to drive long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the EMEA sales and distribution strategy.
- Drive capital raising activities across private wealth, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key investors and distribution partners.
- Originate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across European markets.
- Promote the firm's investment capabilities across the full range of offerings
- Collaborate with investment and advisory teams to deliver bespoke solutions that meet client objectives.
- Identify and develop new distribution channels to support AUM growth.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences and client meetings across EMEA.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and deliver against commercial and capital raising targets.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in capital raising, distribution or institutional/private wealth sales within financial services.
- Established network across private wealth, family offices, private banks, wealth managers and institutional investors.
- Background within asset management, alternative investments, structured products, investment banking, placement advisory or corporate finance.
- Demonstrable track record of originating and closing complex, high-value transactions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and build relationships from the ground up.
- Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience operating across multiple European markets with an international perspective.
