
Junior Social Media Manager (SMM)
TechMagicWe're looking for an enthusiastic junior SMM Specialist to join TechMagic's marketing team. You'll own our LinkedIn presence across multiple company profiles, turning internal expertise into compelling content that resonates with a professional audience — with AI as your everyday co-pilot.
AI-first mindset required. We expect you to actively leverage AI tools to boost your output, speed up content production, and generate visuals — not as a bonus skill, but as a core part of how you work.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow multiple LinkedIn profiles for TechMagic
Build and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all accounts
Interview team members to gather insights, expertise, and story angles
Transform raw internal knowledge into polished, professional posts using AI tools
Create and edit post visuals with AI-powered design tools
Track engagement metrics and iterate on content strategy
What we're looking for
Understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B platform and its content dynamics
Hands-on experience with AI writing and image-generation tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.)
Strong written English — ability to write clearly and professionally
Good interviewing and listening skills to extract insights from colleagues
Organised, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple content streams
- A portfolio of any social media or content work is a plus
