We've been doing it for over five years, teaching complete beginners — people with no prior tech background — through cohort-based programs built on our own platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI. Our team is fully remote and globally distributed, and we serve a large, active student base across both regions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related inquiries, refunds, documentation requests, and operational issues.
- Handle payment operations workflows, including payment plan adjustments, program transfers, payment link generation, and issue resolution.
- Calculate, process, and communicate student refunds in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor recurring payment plans, proactively identifying and addressing payment issues to support a positive student experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, documentation, and team workflows.
Please note: The Payments Operations Team manages several operational streams. In this role, you will focus on a specific area while collaborating closely with the broader team.
