We’re hiring a Podcast Producer to lead end-to-end production across our growing podcast slate—delivered on both audio platforms and YouTube. You’ll collaborate with hosts, editors, and our YouTube marketing specialist (who will support your platform growth) to plan, record, edit, and publish engaging content.
This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, creative producer who understands what makes a great story and how to deliver it across platforms.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
🎬 Pre-Production
Develop episode outlines, scripts, and timelines
Coordinate guest outreach, booking, and scheduling
Manage logistics for remote and/or in-studio recordings
🎙️ Production
Oversee recordings and ensure audio quality
Work with engineers to capture and organize raw audio/video
✂️ Post-Production
Review and edit rough cuts for clarity, pacing, and tone
Coordinate final mix, mastering, and quality control
Upload polished episodes to hosting platforms (Libsyn, Anchor, etc.)
📺 YouTube Integration
Adapt audio episodes into video-ready formats
Collaborate on visuals, metadata, chaptering, and thumbnails
Optimize titles and tags for discoverability and growth
📡 Publishing & QA
Publish across platforms: Spotify, Apple, YouTube, Google, etc.
Perform quality checks on descriptions, links, and formatting
Track episode performance and audience feedback
⚙️ Workflow & Improvement
Maintain production checklists and style guides
Propose tools, systems, and workflows to boost efficiency
