Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, end-to-end technology and digital initiatives. This role is responsible for project planning, execution, and governance—including managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong leadership across cross-functional teams, and leverages data-driven insights to drive performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement
- Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and dependencies
- Align delivery objectives with business goals and stakeholder priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within scope
- Engage customers and stakeholders to triage, prioritize, and resolve feedback
- Present project progress, roadmaps, and strategic updates to leadership
- Drive the implementation and optimization of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies
- Lead program and release activities across Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Demonstrate servant leadership and strong delivery governance
- Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and delivery teams to improve Agile maturity
- Support solution delivery, including requirements coordination, UX alignment, and release planning
- Apply Agile and Lean principles to optimize program performance and efficiency
