Sales Development Representative - Mariana Tek
XplorXplor Mariana Tek is a leading vertical SaaS platform that enables boutique fitness studios to run their businesses with ease, save time and increase revenue. Xplor Mariana Tek empowers class-based boutique fitness studios to increase sales performance and overall productivity by managing all aspects of their daily operations.
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll help drive pipeline to generate more revenue as a business.
Some of the responsibilities you’ll have:
- Generate ideal prospect lists for our team to sell to
- Call prospects and book a demo with our Account Executives
- Target key accounts with multi-modal outreach approach
- Assist in data quality management and enrichment
- Learn CRM best practices and workflows
- Participate in sales training programs
This position is eligible for a base salary of $50,000 USD.
This position is eligible for a commission plan.
This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

- Comfortable appearing on video for video-based email communications or other video-related initiatives
- Display confidence and ease in public-speaking and presenting
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Competitive nature and drive to exceed individual targets
- Looking to transition into an Account Executive role in the future
