
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager (Pharmaceutical Sector)
Omega CRMOmega CRM Consulting is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager will enable the HPS DU (Human Pharma Delivery Unit) Campaign Automation Services to efficiently and effectively build and automate campaign journeys with their expertise and management of technical aspects of the platforms. The primary platform will be Salesforce Marketing Cloud, but may also include other tools across tour client´s digital engagement environment, such as other Adobe Marketing Cloud software, CDP - customer data platforms, database management systems, and proprietary work-intake tools. The Platform Manager will also leverage and help maintain team-specific spaces within the Atlassian tool stack, including JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that campaign workflows and deliveries are built to serve the business needs and expectations as defined in the campaign briefings provided by the markets
• Ensure high end-to-end and on-time quality of campaigns, including proper setup to enable measurement and QA-s of campaigns
• Owning and optimizing campaign processes, including platform automation and driving innovation ideas for efficiency and quality.
• Technical spec input and user acceptance testing (UAT) of software enhancements within the marketing automation toolset
• Debugging of workflow and delivery issues, plus reporting and tracking of platform issues and bugs with IT support
• Documentation of enhancements, templates, and technical processes
• Development and testing of script enhancements (including JavaScript), schema extensions, web (API) calls, etc.
• Creation and maintenance of technical workflows, campaign workflow templates, landing pages (web applications), and HTML content
• Collaborating with the Campaign Support Services.
• Communicating & close collaboration with Platform Management Omnichannel
Requirements & Desired Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in technical studies or business administration with a strong tech background.
Excellent campaign management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently and to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
At least 2-3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign experience, knowledge of CDP is a big plus
Technical marketing automation certification preferred (ie. Architect or Developer is ideal of any enterprise marketing automation platform)
Experience in translating business and technical requirements into software enhancements.
Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and web (API) calls.
Proficiency in ampscript,JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Python is a plus.<
