MILES MobilityJoin the ride!
About MILES
Coming out of Berlin, MILES is Germany's leading carsharing provider with over 15,000 vehicles across 14 cities and ambitious plans to grow both nationally and internationally. We move thousands of users in our cities every day, and Marketing Intelligence is how we make sure we understand what actually drives that growth.
Your mission: Build the frameworks that inform how the Marketing team makes decisions and how MILES grows.
You'll sit at the intersection of performance, brand, CRM, and pricing (an exciting scope few roles offer) and own the models, experiments, and AI-powered workflows that turn our data into better decisions. You won't just answer the questions you're handed; you'll have the freedom to chase the ones you think matter. And your work won't stay yours: the tools and measurements you build make an entire Marketing team smarter, turning your capability into everyone's. This is a rare chance to shape how a category-defining mobility brand understands its own growth.
We at MILES are looking for a data-driven, commercially sharp analytical mind to join us as our (Senior) Manager Marketing Intelligence (w/m/x/d)!
Your Responsibility
This role is first and foremost a sharp analytical partner to Marketing: most of the work is turning business questions into clear, decision-grade answers. On top of that, we want someone excited to push into AI-powered workflows and, together with our data team, lightweight predictive modelling.
Core
- Own and advance our marketing measurement approach (attribution, incrementality testing, experimentation) and set the standard the team uses to make commercial decisions
- Design and run experiments as a discipline (holdouts, geo tests, incrementality) and bring clarity when measurement approaches disagree
- Produce forecasting and scenario views for demand, spend, and expected outcomes to support planning
- Create executive-ready narratives that connect spend, demand, and long-term value across Carsharing and Subscription
- Partner with central BI/Data Science to shape data models and access, and build your own analytical layer where it accelerates decisions
Where you'll push the frontier
- Build AI- and LLM-powered analytics workflows that the whole Marketing team uses day-to-day, turning your capability into shared capability
- Partner with BI/Data Science to build models that feed live decisions (CLV, demand forecasting, and over time propensity and segmentation), moving us from one-off analyses toward durable, reusable models
Your Experience
- 3-5 years in marketing analytics, marketing science, or a comparable analytical role, with hands-on modelling
- Strong SQL and confident working in a modern data stack (Snowflake, Tableau, Metabase); modelling in Python or R is a plus
- Hands-on exper

Why Do AI-Generated Algorithmic Interfaces Feel Wrong?
AI-optimized interfaces may be mathematically efficient, but they often violate the psychological principles humans expect. I examine why algorithmic design creates friction, even when the data suggests it shouldn't.

Why AI Design Tools Are Quietly Replacing Junior Designers and What Actually Comes Next
AI tools promise efficiency, but London studios are discovering an unexpected paradox: automation creates new bottlenecks requiring precisely the expertise being eliminated. We investigate what's actually happening to entry-level design work.

How Passive Data Collection is Reshaping UX Research
As users grow weary of surveys and interviews, researchers are turning to ambient behavioural signals from keystroke dynamics to micro-interactions to understand product experience without asking a single question.
