About the role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to own and grow our project's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter). You will be responsible for building engaged communities, driving organic reach, and supporting paid acquisition efforts through compelling content and platform-native strategies. This is a hands-on role requiring both creative vision and analytical rigor.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Platform Ownership — Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X. Tailor content and tone to each platform's audience and algorithm.
Content Creation & Calendar — Plan, produce, and publish engaging content including graphics, short-form video, copy, and interactive posts. Maintain a consistent publishing cadence aligned with campaign calendars.
Community Management — Monitor and engage with comments, DMs, and mentions across all platforms. Foster an active, loyal community around the Vegas Bonanza brand.
Performance & Reporting — Track and report on key metrics including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversion contribution. Deliver weekly performance summaries with actionable insights.
Trend Monitoring — Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, viral trends, and competitor activity. Rapidly adapt content strategy to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Paid Social Collaboration — Work closely with the UA team to align organic content with paid campaigns, ensuring creative consistency and funnel coherence.
Influencer & Partnership Coordination — Identify and coordinate with relevant creators, affiliates, and partners to amplify brand reach.
Compliance Awareness — Ensure all content adheres to platform policies and sweepstakes advertising guidelines.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or sweepstakes.
Proven track record of growing engaged audiences organically across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and/
