
Supply Chain ERP Application Owner

- Take ownership of the operational lifecycle of business-critical Supply Chain ERP applications, ensuring reliability, maintainability and continuous improvement.
- Drive incident management, root cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Own L1/L2 application operations, collaborating with ERP Consultants and Developers on complex L3 topics to ensure business continuity and application stability.
- Support operational readiness and solution validation for new changes and enhancements.
- Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements that enhance operational excellence and long-term maintainability.
- Build and maintain operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles to strengthen service quality and knowledge sharing.
About you:
- You have 3+ years of experience supporting or managing Supply Chain business processes within an ERP or enterprise application environment.
- You enjoy analysing complex issues, identifying root causes and driving sustainable improvements rather than simply fixing symptoms.
- You understand application lifecycle and IT service management principles such as Incident, Problem and Change Management; experience with ITIL is an advantage.
- You enjoy collaborating with Business Stakeholders, ERP Consultants and Developers, take ownership of your applications and are motivated by continuous learning.
- Proactive mindset with an interest in leveraging AI and automation to continuously improve application operations, support processes, and user experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
