About the Job
We are seeking a Compensation Manager to partner closely with our Go-to-Market and Marketing organizations—including Global Sales, Global Specialist Sales, and Global Operations & Customer Support—to design, implement, and manage compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top technical talent. This role is a strategic advisor to leaders and HR Business Partners, bringing deep expertise in benchmarking, market trends, job architecture, and equity compensation within high-growth tech environments.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our compensation philosophy, guiding annual and mid-year cycles, leveling and job framework decisions, and advising on offers, promotions, and pay equity analyses and recommendations. &nb
