Your New Role
As a Data Analyst, you'll analyse and interpret complex datasets to produce meaningful insights, dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making. You'll take ownership of key regulatory and compliance reporting, deliver survey analysis, maintain data integrity, and identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and systems. Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments, you'll present data in clear, accessible formats while contributing to business improvement and transformation initiatives.
Ensuring Your Success
To succeed in this role, you'll bring previous experience within a Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst position, supported by advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a working knowledge of SQL, with VBA and Power BI experience being advantageous. You'll have a proven ability to analyse, cleanse and present complex data in a clear and meaningful way, alongside excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication is essential, as you'll regularly translate technical information for a variety of stakeholders. Experience with regulatory or statutory reporting would be beneficial, and you'll be someone who enjoys improving processes, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in Higher Education is a must.
