About The Role
We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Director / Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and elevate our global recruiting function. Depending on experience, direct industry/company stage experience, and demonstrated leadership scope, this position may be hired at either the Director or Senior Director level. This role is an opportunity to architect the next phase of Talent Acquisition at YipitData — expanding the team's strong operational strengths into a strategic, metrics-driven, and tech-enabled hiring engine.
