
Enterprise Operations Engineer - Datadog Monitoring
Securities and Exchange CommissionOIT is seeking applicants for their IT Specialist (INFOSEC) (Enterprise Operations Engineer - Datadog Monitoring) position. In this position, you will be monitoring and supporting enterprise infrastructure and applications using Datadog to ensure availability, performance, and rapid incident response. You will be investigating alerts, analyzing performance data, and coordinating with SMEs to maintain reliable operations across on-premise, cloud, network, and application environments.In this role as a Enterprise Operations Engineer - Datadog Monitoring, you will be responsible for: Monitoring Datadog dashboards and alerts to identify anomalies across servers, networks, cloud services, and applications. Investigating and triaging system and application alerts by gathering evidence and validating data using Datadog metrics. Escalating issues to subject matter experts and partner teams and documenting findings in accordance with Enterprise Operations Center procedures. Analyzing application and system performance trends to support incident response and performance optimization. Supporting enterprise monitoring operations by executing tasks such as maintenance mode scheduling, alarm analysis, and service verification.
