About the job
This position is needed to drive the tactical execution and operational delivery of complex cross-functional projects within Global Operations.
As a Delivery Manager, you are the engine of project execution, transforming strategic vision into operational reality. You bridge the gap between business intent and technical execution, ensuring every initiative moves through the lifecycle with precision and speed. By partnering with Enterprise Technology and being the voice of Global Operations, you ensure our projects are predictable, transparent, and high-impact, serving as the primary advocate for operational excellence and seamless product rollouts.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Translate abstract business needs into actionable, prioritized requirements by conducting end-to-end discovery and ensuring both the impact and outcomes of the project are documented.
- Cultivate deep partnerships across the Global Operations ecosystem, specifically Global Customer Services, Global Customer Support Operations, and Onboarding & Compliance,to ensure project scalability and total operational readiness.
- Drive project momentum by maintaining accountability for timelines and holding cross-functional partners to deadlines while adapting to shifting business capacity.
- Identify and mitigate risks by serving as an "early warning system
