- A solid work ethic, honesty, and accountability.
- Good communication skillsâyou talk with the team, not at them.
- A High School diploma/GED.
- Restoration, construction, or related experienceâdefinitely a plus but not required.
- IICRC certifications? Even better!
- A valid driverâs license and willingness for on-call shifts.
- Physical readiness for activity: think moving up to 100 lbs (with help), climbing ladders, working in attics/ tight spaces, working with your hands, and handling repetitive tasks.
- Full-time, between the hours of 7AMâ7PM (MonâFri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends, and local travelâwith occasional out-of-area work.
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs (assisted), working overhead, in confined spaces, utilizing SERVPRO Solvents, hand tools and on feet all day.
