of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.You will make strategic planning decisions affecting squadron operations while providing continuity and corporate knowledge of squadron functions and a forward-looking visionary view as to the direction of squadron work.You will establish, and be responsible for the technical, administrative, and financial management of the squadron.You will make decisions involving the recruiting, selection, training, evaluating, awarding and disciplining of subordinate civil service employees.You will support special studies, initiatives, and responses to programs and data calls.You will assess the technical progress of programs.
