Exercises advanced data science principles to gather and integrate diverse datasets from various sources to develop and implement data cleaning, transformation, and validation processes to ensure data quality and accuracy. Develops software applications and documentation. Interfaces and collaborates with stakeholders to refine understanding of underlying problem(s) and devise functional software solutions. Prepares and delivers written and oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with other staff functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to proposed changes.
