As a Senior Product Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for the overall efficacy and impact of the product features in your area of responsibility. Specifically, that means that you will own the customer voice for your product area, and therefore will be the decision maker for prioritization for your cross-functional team of designers and engineers. You’ll also be responsible for collaborating more broadly with cross-departmental partners like Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to deeply serve customers throughout their Vanta journey.
The Test Experience team helps customers understand their compliance posture, catch drift and misconfiguration, fix issues quickly, and build audit-ready evidence. As the PM for Test Experience, you'll own a roadmap centered on helping customers surface compliance gaps fast, resolve issues through automated and agentic means, and generate the right evidence for any audit. You’ll join a mature team, the Automation product group, which manages the core platform through which customers bring data into Vanta via integrations and transform it into compliance and trust outcomes.
What you’ll do as a Senior Product Manager, Test Experience at Vanta:
Own the Test Experience roadmap including platform and agentic outcomes
Deeply understand our customers and our market, with a focus on how they manage their compliance outcomes day to day
Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company
Deliver a high quality product addressing key customer pain points and creating opportunities for competitive advantage
Directly help shape Vanta’s AI and agentic offerings
Help to define and shape Vanta's product team culture as we grow
